About Canberra Pentecostal Church
Canberra Pentecostal Church (CPC) began with a small group of believers who shared a desire to establish a Christian prayer fellowship among the Malayalee community in Canberra. Through prayer, faith, and trust in God, this vision became a reality, and the first worship service of Canberra Pentecostal Church was held on 25 April 2010 at the Tamil Seniors Association Hall in Isaacs, Canberra.
Malayalam ministry formed the foundation of CPC and continues to be an important part of our church. From these beginnings, God has enabled CPC to grow into a multicultural and multi-language Christian community, welcoming people from different backgrounds and generations.
Today, CPC conducts English, Malayalam, and Hindi worship services, together with Sunday School, Youth Bible Study, Intercessory Prayer, Cottage Meetings, fasting prayers, and other fellowship and ministry activities.
Our regular gatherings include:
- English Worship – Sunday, 8:45 AM
- Sunday School – Sunday, 8:45 AM
- Malayalam Worship – Sunday, 10:15 AM
- Youth Bible Study – Tuesday, 7:00 PM
- Intercessory Prayer – Wednesday, 7:00 PM
- Cottage Meeting – Friday, 7:00 PM
- Hindi Meeting – Saturday, 5:30 PM
Through our worship and ministries, we seek to grow in Christ, teach and encourage through the Word of God, pray for our community and nation, support one another, and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others.
Our desire is to be a Christ-centred and Spirit-led church where everyone is welcomed, encouraged, and given opportunities to grow in faith and serve God.
